![DSG NH Solenoid Valve for 0DE DQ500 Transmission DSG NH Solenoid Valve is a hydraulic control component designed for professional repair and servicing of DSG dual-clutch transmissions including 0DE and DQ500 applications. The solenoid valve is installed inside the DSG mechatronic valve body system and controls transmission hydraulic pressure according to signals from the transmission control module. The DQ500 is a 7-speed wet-clutch DSG transmission using an electro-hydraulic mechatronic system. The transmission relies on multiple solenoid valves to regulate hydraulic pressure for clutch operation, gear selection and transmission control. The DQ500 transmission family includes 0BH and 0BT versions.([turn0search5]) This product is suitable for DSG transmission repair shops, mechatronic specialists, valve body rebuilders, automatic transmission workshops, wholesalers and professional transmission parts distributors. NH Normally High Solenoid Valve Product Information Basic product information: Product Type: DSG Hydraulic Solenoid Valve Solenoid Type: Normally High (NH) Transmission Application: 0DE / DQ500 Related DSG Systems Installation Location: Mechatronic Valve Body Function: Hydraulic Pressure and Flow Control Application: DSG Transmission Repair The NH designation refers to the electrical and hydraulic operating characteristics of the solenoid valve. Different DSG transmissions use different solenoid designs, including Normally High and Normally Low types. These valves may look similar externally but have different hydraulic control functions. Therefore, customers should always compare the original solenoid type, appearance and transmission information before ordering. Function of the DSG NH Solenoid Valve The main function of the DSG NH Solenoid Valve is regulating hydraulic oil pressure inside the transmission valve body. The DSG transmission uses hydraulic pressure for: Clutch engagement Gear shifting Pressure regulation Mechatronic operation Transmission protection functions The transmission control module sends electrical signals to the solenoid valve. The valve then adjusts oil flow and pressure according to driving conditions and transmission requirements. Stable hydraulic control is important because DSG transmissions combine electronic control with hydraulic operation. When a solenoid valve works incorrectly, the transmission may experience pressure-related problems or abnormal shifting behavior. NH and NL DSG Solenoid Difference DSG transmissions commonly use different types of hydraulic solenoid valves. The two common classifications are: NH — Normally High NL — Normally Low These descriptions refer to the normal operating state of the valve. Although NH and NL solenoids may have similar external dimensions, they are not always interchangeable. Installing the incorrect solenoid type may affect hydraulic control performance. For this reason, professional technicians should confirm: Original valve type Solenoid position Valve body version Transmission model Original part number before replacement. 0DE DQ500 Mechatronic Repair Application The DSG NH Solenoid Valve is mainly used during professional DSG mechatronic and valve body repair. The mechatronic unit combines: Electronic control Hydraulic channels Solenoid valves Pressure control components Sensors When a transmission develops hydraulic control problems, technicians may inspect individual solenoids instead of replacing the complete mechatronic assembly. Common inspection items include: Electrical resistance testing Hydraulic response testing Solenoid movement Valve body condition Transmission oil contamination A defective solenoid is only one possible cause of DSG faults. Other possible causes include: Valve body wear Pressure sensor faults TCU problems Wiring issues Hydraulic leakage Internal transmission damage Professional diagnosis is recommended before replacement. Professional Installation Required Although this product is a replacement solenoid valve, installation requires professional transmission repair knowledge. The valve body normally needs to be removed from the transmission before replacing internal solenoid components. During installation, technicians should pay attention to: Correct solenoid position Valve body cleanliness Proper installation procedure Electrical connection condition Hydraulic testing Incorrect installation can lead to pressure control problems or transmission operating issues. After repair, diagnostic testing and adaptation may be required depending on the transmission system. For DSG Transmission Repair Shops This DSG NH Solenoid Valve is suitable for: DSG transmission specialists Automatic gearbox repair workshops Valve body rebuilders Mechatronic repair companies Automotive parts wholesalers Transmission distributors Professional transmission workshops often replace individual hydraulic components during gearbox repair instead of replacing complete assemblies. Related DSG repair products may include: Valve bodies Transmission control modules Pressure sensors Oil pumps Repair kits Seals Clutch components KS supplies a wide range of DSG transmission parts for professional customers worldwide. Compatibility Check Before Ordering Before purchasing this NH solenoid valve, please confirm: Transmission model Solenoid type NH or NL specification Valve body version Connector design Original component photo OE number if available Because 0DE and DQ500 DSG systems contain multiple hydraulic valves, customers should not select components only according to the transmission name. If you are unsure, please send: Original solenoid photo Transmission model Existing part number Required quantity Our team can assist with product checking. Related DSG Transmission Parts KS supplies DSG hydraulic and electronic repair components. Customers repairing 0DE or DQ500 transmissions may also require: DSG solenoid valves TCU modules Pressure sensors Valve bodies Oil pumps Seals Repair kits For electronic repair applications, customers can also check our 0DE927711B DSG Transmission Control Module.
